Course Narrative:
In this class I learned about many writers of Latin American literature, some of my favorite readings during this class where from authors like: Jorge Luis Borges, Juan Rulfo, Gabriela Mistral among others, who through there work captivated me with their incredible stories. During the semester we had to choose a novel, from a list, that the teacher assigned us. The novel I choose was ¨Como agua para Chocolate¨, by Laura Esquivel, the story of Tita a young women who´s destiny has been marked by family traditions. After reading this book we had to make an analysis and present it to the class using positive guides. This class helped me to know more about different writers and their literature also to learn how to analyze the poems in depth.
